We are located 1/4 mile east of 135 on County Road 50 (also called Kenwood Trail). Our clinic is in the building, across the street from Southfork Shopping Center.

If coming from the North…35W South to exit 85 (County Road 50) traveling east for approximately 1/4 mile. Office will be on the south side. Turn right onto Kenrick Ave and right again into the parking lot.

If coming from the South…I35 North to County Road 50.
