S. Scott Nicholas, MD
Allergy & Immunology: Allergy

Dr. Nicholas is board certified in allergy and immunology, earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed an internship at Hennepin County Medical Center. This training was followed by an internal medicine residency, also at Hennepin County Medical Center. After residency training, Dr. Nicholas completed an allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of Michigan where he also earned a master's degree in internal medicine. He joined William Sawyer Eisenstadt in 1966.

Thomas Eisenstadt, MD
Allergy & Immunology: Allergy

Dr. Eisenstadt received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota. His internal medicine internship and residency were completed at Hennepin County Medical Center. He followed this training with a fellowship in allergy and immunology at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Eisenstadt is board certified in internal medicine, and allergy and immunology.

Ramarathinam Nagarajan, M.D.
Allergy & Immunology: Allergy

Dr. Nagarajan is board certified in allergy and immunology, as well as pediatrics. He graduated from Madurai Medical College in Madurai, India in 1985. He completed his pediatric residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and his fellowship in allergy and immunology at the University of South Florida in 1996. He joined EAA in June 2000.

Kristin Larson, PA-C
Allergy and Asthma

Kristin Larson joined EAA in August 2000. Kristin grew up in Medford, Minnesota on her family's farm. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter in 1997. She went on to complete her Physician's Assistant certificate in 1999 at Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania.

Sarah Bolstad, PA-C
Allergy and Asthma

Sarah Bolstad joined EAA in March 2004. Following graduation Cum Laude from St. Olaf College in 1997, she completed her Physician Assistant training Magna Cum Laude at Midwestern University in 2000.
